RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We offer a ‘no questions asked’ exchange policy for all (reverse shipping to be done & borne by the customer).
2. Kindly make an unboxing video of the package received. Please note, that the return request will only be accepted when the unboxing video along with your Order Number will be shared through WhatsApp @+919147091710.
3. The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end. If the products are found without tags, washed or returned in poor condition, or have been worn, a refund will not be provided.
4. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return.
5. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
6. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on WhatsApp or calling @+919147091710. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 am- 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on the next working day.
7. Cancellations will only be possible within 24 hours of placing the orders.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
